P&P Policy

 Appointments

Bookings are available via our online system or through the salon phone.

We ask you respond to our confirmation SMS that is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. If confirmation isn’t received from you within 24 hours - it is considered late notice. Therefore, your appointment will be cancelled and made available to new enquiries.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so within our opening hours with 48 hours notice minimum, via SMS, email or phone.

After hour cancellation notices will begin at 9am the following day. Please refer to our opening times below.

Late notice, no shows and cancellation of appointments with notice of 24 hours or less will forfeit deposit and/or have to pay full price of expected service fee. 

Please allow time for traffic and parking to ensure you’re on time for your appointment. Street parking is available as well as the Salon carpark.

In the event of a late arrival, we will always make our best effort to accommodate the change - however, we may be unable to proceed with your appointment due to timing and schedule of staff. Cancellation terms will apply in this circumstance.

Deposits

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits can be processed via online bookings and/or when booking over the phone.

Your deposit will be credited to your account and deducted from the quote given to you on the day of your service.

As per our Booking Policy, late notice, no shows and cancellation of appointments with notice of 24 hours or less will forfeit deposit and/or have to pay full price of expected service fee.

Appointments that hold a deposit are fully refundable if cancellation is made within a minimum 48 hour notice window.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes given over the phone are a ROUGH estimate as we cannot quote correctly until an in person consultation is conducted.

We offer free in person consultations prior to making a booking. This way we can give more of a precise quote before the day of your service.

Please note that our price list is a guide and can/will change based on what's discussed during your consultation on the day of your appointment.

Refunds, Redos and Change of Mind

We invest time at the beginning of each appointment to provide:

-       A personalised consultation to understand your desired look, unique hair chemistry and history.

-       A realistic and honest appraisal of how and if your desired outcome can be achieved in the current appointment time, or if it will need multiple visits.

-       An exact quote for the agreed upon service/s before starting.

 For this reason, we do not offer refunds on hair services.

 If you have any concerns or feel that the agreed upon service was not provided, we are happy to discuss this with you within 7 days of your appointment to explore possible solutions.

However, change of mind regarding the colour chosen during your consultation is not considered a re-do. Any changes or additional services will be charged.

We offer silent appointments and sensory support for our clients. You can let us know if this is something you'd like by leaving us a message through our online system or via SMS to the Salon phone.

At Penny and Peach we pride ourselves on mutual respect and courtesy during your time with us.

ALL staff at Penny and Peach are qualified, knowledgeable and professional hairdressers who can guide you on your hair journey. We ask you trust our professional advice while having realistic expectations regarding hair goals.

Queries regarding bookings outside of your appointment time can be reached through reception. We ask you do not personally contact your stylist out of respect and privacy of their work and personal schedules.

Any change or exemption to our policies indicated by a staff member, are on a case-by-case basis and only apply to the appointment in concern, not future appointments. Any changes or exemptions to policy only apply if provided in-writing to the client.
